Designed and Manufactured by NRP Electrical Services, the Intelligent Ventilation and Thermal Reserve System (IVTRES) senses the total environment and replaces heated internal air with filtered, cool ambient air, initially by natural convection followed by fan forced at 600 litres per second.
When the ambient air temperature is unsuitable, resident air conditioning units are staged on to maintain temperature.
In the event of AC power failure rendering air conditioners inoperative, heat build-up becomes excessive causing equipment to close down. DC operated IVTRES will increase thermal reserve by several hours maintaining service delivery to customers until AC supply is restored.
